Milele St. Julien is an associate with Kuchler Polk Schell Weiner & Richeson, LLC. Ms. St. Julien completed her undergraduate studies in 1998, at Loyola University New Orleans, where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in International Business. In 2002, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Ms. St. Julien began her legal career as a judicial law clerk at the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. Subsequently, she practiced primarily in the areas of Toxic Tort, Premises Liability, and Products Liability. Ms. St. Julien also has expertise in Healthcare Law through her representation of various hospitals nationwide on breach of contract and wrongful denial issues on outstanding health insurance claims.
Ms. St. Julien is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as to the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit. She is a member of Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association and barrister of Tulane Inns of Court.
Ms. St. Julien currently practices in the areas of Environmental Law, Toxic Tort Litigation, Premises and Products Liability, Hearing Loss, Healthcare Law, Commercial Litigation and General Civil Litigation. |
