Lee Blanton Ziffer is an Associate with Kuchler Polk Schell Weiner & Richeson, LLC.
Mr. Ziffer graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School in 2009, receiving both a juris doctorate and certificate in environmental law. In 2007, he studied international mediation and commercial arbitration at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. Upon graduation from law school, he was inducted in the Order of the Barristers National Honor Society for excellence and achievement in oral and written advocacy. Mr. Ziffer completed his undergraduate education in 2005 at the University of Florida, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the History of Art.
While in law school, Mr. Ziffer was an active member of the Moot Court Board. He was a member of three moot court teams and served as the Administrative Justice for Intraschool Competitions. He remains an active contributor to Tulane Moot Court as a coach and a guest judge. Mr. Ziffer was also a student attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, specializing in environmental law and litigation. In his free time, he volunteered for the New Orleans Legal Assistance Corporation, providing legal representation to victims of domestic violence.
Mr. Ziffer is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts. Mr. Ziffer practices in the areas of Environmental Law, Toxic Tort, Products and Premises Liability and General Civil Litigation. He also has experience in state and federal regulatory and administrative law.
Mr. Ziffer resides in uptown New Orleans with his wife, Thalia. |
