Francis deBlanc is an associate with Kuchler Polk Schell Weiner & Richeson, LLC. His primary practice areas are Toxic Tort Litigation, Products Liability, Premises Liability and General Civil Litigation.
Mr. deBlanc graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 1997, he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. deBlanc worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Orleans Parish and was responsible for the prosecution of violent felony cases and the presentment of cases to the grand jury. Mr. deBlanc also previously worked in New Orleans in General Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense.
Mr. deBlanc is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and all Louisiana State Courts. He is also a member of the Louisiana, New Orleans and Federal Bar Associations.
