Craig Webb is an associate with Kuchler Polk Schell Weiner & Richeson, LLC. His primary areas of practice are Admiralty and Maritime Claims, Insurance Defense and Commercial Litigation. He also is experienced in Commercial Transactions and Bankruptcy Litigation.
Mr. Webb graduated from the University of Richmond in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration concentrating in Corporate Finance. In 2004, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Webb served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Douglas D. Dodd, Bankruptcy Judge in the Middle District of Louisiana. Following his service as a law clerk, he worked in New Orleans in Insurance Defense and Commercial Transactions.
Mr. Webb is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, including their bankruptcy courts, and all Louisiana State Courts. He is also a member of the Louisiana and New Orleans Bar Associations.
Mr. Webb currently resides in the Broadmoor neighborhood of Uptown New Orleans with his wife, Lizzie. |
